Professor Kwesi Yankah, Minister of State in Charge of Tertiary Education gave the Opening Address at our WABER 2017 Conference.

Professor Kabir Bala, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) of Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria was presented with a Citation during the opening session of the WABER 2017 Conference. The citation was presented in honour of his distinguished contribution to the development and mentoring of early career built environment academics in Nigeria

18 August 2017

Mr Maxwell Fordjour Antwi-Afari was presented with the Gibrine Adam Promising Young Scholar Award. He is currently a PhD student at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University
